By using this product, you acknowledge and accept all risks and waive Glow Sprouts from liability related to injury, misuse, or malfunction.

2. Orders & Payments

All purchases made through our website are subject to product availability and final approval.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. Sales tax and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in the event of suspected fraud or inventory errors.

Glow Sprouts ships within the United States only at this time.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other external factors.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@glowsproutsco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and provide a resolution if eligible.
