If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your GlowSprouts purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a refund:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of misuse or tampering.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To begin a return, please email us at info@glowsproutsco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 30 days from the delivery date. This policy ensures fairness to all our customers and helps us maintain product integrity.
